Teaching RoleTeaching is at the heart of every Oxford Royale programme. We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable teachers who are passionate about inspiring young learners through engaging and intellectually stimulating lessons. Our summer courses bring together students from around the world, offering them the chance to explore academic subjects with integrated real‑world business case studies. Lessons will challenge students to think critically, actively participate, and apply theoretical concepts to practical scenarios.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and adapt lessons using the Teacher’s Guide, ensuring content meets the diverse needs of students.
- Deliver dynamic and interactive lessons that engage students in exploring business fundamentals and advanced topics.
- Use subject expertise to ensure student progress, providing tailored feedback and adapting tasks as necessary.
- Lead practical workshops, simulations, and case study analyses to connect theory with real‑world business challenges.
- Mark assignments, offer detailed feedback, and complete student reports reflecting individual progress.
- Handle administrative tasks, including maintaining registers and attending staff meetings.
- Collaborate with fellow teaching staff to maintain a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with awareness of current market trends and practices.
- Passion for inspiring students and developing their understanding.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and adapt teaching styles to suit various learning needs.
- Creative and confident teaching approach, encouraging hands‑on problem‑solving and innovation.
- Fluency in English and strong organisational skills.
- Programmes are two weeks in length, with options for 2, 4 or 6‑week contracts available in July – August 2026.
- Teaching takes place Monday to Friday, with lessons scheduled from 09:00 to 16:00, although shorter hours may be available in some locations.
- Compulsory online and in‑person training will be required before starting the role.
- While key teaching materials are provided, teachers are expected to adapt lesson plans to suit student interests and contribute their own expertise to the course.
- Undergraduate degree (or higher).
- Experience teaching students aged 12-18.
- PGCE or Master’s degree.
- Professional experience in a relevant field.
