Capital City College is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Lecturer in ESOL to join our dynamic London-based team. As an hourly paid lecturer, you will support learners in achieving their goals in an inclusive and engaging environment.
As an Hourly Paid Lecturer, You Will- Deliver engaging, inclusive teaching sessions that support learners to achieve their goals.
- Share your knowledge and real‑world insights to help learners develop their skills and understanding.
- Adapt your teaching to meet diverse learner needs.

About YouWe’re looking for a passionate and committed individual with:
- Proven experience in preparing learners for external assessments.
- Strong knowledge of delivering RARPA‑based courses.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to inclusive, learner‑focused teaching.
- A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one).
You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
