Preschool Teacher and Caregiver

Our client is looking for a dedicated Preschool Teacher and Caregiver to foster a nurturing and educational environment for young children in Welkom . This position involves creating engaging lesson plans, providing attentive care, and supporting the holistic development of preschoolers. • Develop and implement a creative and stimulating preschool curriculum focused on play-based learning.
• Provide direct supervision and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Assess children's developmental progress and create individualised learning support plans.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding their child's milestones and classroom activities.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Organise and lead age-appropriate group activities, including arts, crafts, music, and outdoor play.

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a preschool teacher or caregiver for young children.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and pedagogical approaches for the early years.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in child first aid and CPR certification.
