Assists teaching staff to ensure program requirements are met including assurance for the health and safety of all children. This position is intended as a support position to multiple classrooms based on program need.essential job responsibilities:performance indicatorsassists teachers or other education staff in the development and implementation of center and classroom activities. Serves as an appropriate model for positive adult/child interactions.implement

quality teacher/child interactions to foster their development.ensures a safe, healthy, supervised environment for young children that are in compliance with all applicable health and safety standards.may be required to assist teachers or other staff in carrying out family services activities that may include: record keeping; phone calls and/or other communication with parents related to classroom responsibilities.assists teachers in creating and conducting developmentally appropriate group and individualized curriculum.supports
