Position Objective:
The Quality System Engineer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with corporate standards and international regulations. This role supports internal and external audits, drives process verification, and ensures adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, IRIS 22163 and VDA requirements across the Greater China region

• Be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with corporate standards and international regulations.
• Implementation of QM processes on project basis, e.g. new plant QM system establish support, IATF 16949 certification support
• Amendment and optimization of QM process with responsible departments
• QM system interface between Corporate and Greater China quality functions
• Provide QM system related training, including the quality tools
• Support internal and external audits, drives process verification, and ensures adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, IRIS 22163 and VDA requirements across the Greater China region
• Drive and initiate quality digitalization and AI projects

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years in quality systems, audits, or process management (preferably automotive or manufacturing).
• Hands‑on experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA standards.
  
  APQP and PPAP experiece for supplier and customer
• Proficient in SAP QM, MS Office; knowledge of digital quality tools and AI is a plus.
• Strong understanding of PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and statistical analysis tools.
• Certified Internal Auditor (IATF/ISO).
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.
