Details

The Belridge Electrical Maintenance Team is seeking to fill a Maintenance Coordinator position. Selected candidate will report to Belridge and may be required to drive to various field locations in the San Joaquin Valley.

The base annual salary for this posted position is expected to range from $95K – $135K, with a target annual bonus of 15% of base salary and eligibility to participate in our long‑term incentive program. Actual salary will be determined based on individual pay factors, including education, experience level and relevant industry experience. Responsibilities
  • Act as technical resource to ensure EI&C projects (maintenance and FI) utilize current CRC/industry EI&C standards
  • Monitor EI&C contractor performance
  • Work & Material Flow
  • Material Replenishment
  • Time/motion study (motors)
  • Preventative and Predictive Maintenance and Testing
  • MOC/Equipment Improvement Team (EIT)
  • RCFAs
  • Effective ownership of the EI&C System operation, reliability, and maintenance
  • Ensure critical equipment is accurate and inclusive in E‑Maint
  • Schedule, manage, and implement periodic preventative and predictive maintenance tasks from E‑Maint
  • Monitor and report unsafe, non‑standard new and existing EI&C installations
  • Review new projects and provide improvement project lists to the EI&C Process Supervisor
  • Review drawings for wiring accuracy and compliance with the MOC process
  • Maintain current “as‑built” documents at substations and controls rooms
  • Conduct equipment infrared surveys, transformer oil analysis, motor testing, cable testing, and grounding system testing, etc., for critical power equipment and prepare work‑orders, trending databases, and KPI for the CRC electrical systems. Integrate with the CRC‑wide reporting systems.
  • Support the EI&C team by planning and scheduling work orders and conducting scheduling meetings for multi‑discipline work orders
  • Keep current with new testing technology and ensure training and certifications are current
  • Continuously work with the EI&C team to improve power system reliability
  • Support the E&IC Process Team with writing, validating, and testing standard operating procedures
  • Provide technical assistance to the E&IC Crafts and other Asset personnel as necessary
  • Function as a backup to the EI&C Supervisor during planned and unplanned power outages
  • Provide technical support in field instrument and control system problems
  • Effectively measure, monitor, track, and benchmark work execution processes and document cost opportunity and improvements (i.e. lead‑time, plan vs. actual cost, PM backlog, etc.)
Qualifications / Critical Skills
  • Experience in EI&C Surface Preventative and Predictive Maintenance processes, specifically hands‑on experience with High, Medium, and Low Voltage equipment, balanced with knowledge of Field Instrumentation, PLC, and SCADA applications in an oil field environment
  • Knowledge of overhead powerline maintenance and reliability practices
  • Experience in substation and high voltage switching and safety procedures
  • Value stream mapping experience and identification and elimination of 7 forms of waste
  • Creation and implementation of standardized EI&C operating procedures
  • Understanding of CRC’s Continuous Improvement/Lean Strategy
  • RCFA and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability and willingness to lead and facilitate team meetings
  • Experience in planning, estimating, and managing work and material flow processes
  • Familiarity with Work Order systems and equipment hierarchies, knowledge of Project and Materials Management modules is highly desirable
  • 5+ years EI&C oilfield hands‑on work experience
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Valid Class C California Driver’s License required
  • Current State of California General Electrician certification
  • Knowledgeable of NEC, NETA, NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards
  • Experienced in the maintenance of industrial electrical and instrumentation equipment
  • Experienced in electrical construction hazardous areas
  • Available for shift work
