Trainee

• Participation in technical review, RLA and sourcing decision meeting;
• Lead and Ensure the implementation of all APQP elements acc. to standard on project level at supplier site;
• Monitor and manage OTS, PPAP production, including measurement harmonity, R@R audit, initiation & monitoring of corrective actions;
• Manage & monitor the safe launch plan process;
• Supplier audits: product audits, fly audits, process audits; make corrective actions based on audit findings at supplier site;
• Key suppliers or focus suppliers improvement plan development & following;
• Execution and coordination of internal measures within the supplier complaint, block materials management, problem analysis;
• Coordination of complaint corrective actions of 8D
• Master or higher degree, majoring in engineering-related fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Materials Engineering, Quality Management Engineering;
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
  Exceptional 2025 fresh graduates are also eligible to apply.
• Priority will be given to candidates who have an understanding of basic concepts of quality management systems (e.g., IATF
  16949) and quality tools (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D) during their studies. Those with relevant course design, research projects or internship experience are preferred;
• Possess good logical thinking ability and awareness of problem analysis and solving, with a strong interest in supplier quality control work;
• Have strong learning ability and adaptability, able to quickly master the knowledge and processes related to supplier quality management in the automotive industry;
• Possess excellent communication and coordination skills as well as team collaboration spirit, able to effectively connect with internal and external relevant departments;
• Strong pressure resistance, with a proactive work attitude and sense of responsibility;
• Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.);
• Highest business ethics and conduct.
