Supplier Quality Eng. (SQMS)

• Participation in technical review, RLA and sourcing decision meeting
• Lead and Ensure the implementation of all APQP elements acc. to standard on project level at supplier site
• Monitor and manage OTS, PPAP production, including measurement harmonity, R@R audit, initiation & monitoring of corrective actions
• Manage & monitor the safe launch plan process
• Supplier audits: product audits, fly audits, process audits; make corrective actions based on audit findings at supplier site;
• Key suppliers or focus suppliers improvement plan development & following ;
• Execution and coordination of internal measures within the supplier complaint, block materials management, problem analysis
• Coordination of complaint corrective actions of 8D
• Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering or related
• 5+ years of supplier management experience
  specifically in assembly parts for the automotive industry
  , with a solid understanding of assembly processes and its upstream & downstream workflows.
• Good knowledge of quality management system, tools, international standards and customer quality requirements (e.g. IATF
  16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, VDA and etc.)
• Good process improvement knowledge and skills (continuous improvement, lean knowledge, 6sigma, etc.)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong personality and capable to work under pressure
• Good PC application skills (MS office)
• Highest business ethics and conduct
