Western Region Manufacturing Engineer

Overview

Procter & Gamble (P&G), a leading consumer packaged goods company, is hiring at the Box Elder Plant to provide engineering leadership and support. The role focuses on driving technical excellence, coaching site teams, and delivering innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

• Provide engineering leadership for the Business Unit and support R&D innovation projects and initiatives.
• Address site engineering issues and problems, ensuring seamless production operations.
• Drive innovation for new and existing product lines offered by P&G, including product development, packaging, materials testing, and process conversion.
• Act as a coach and mentor to engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ownership of projects from day one.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (or related field).
• Ability to travel 10%–25% of the time.
• Willingness to relocate within the United States.
• 0–3 years of relevant engineering experience.

Box Elder Plant – Full time, Entry Level

Salary Range: $85,000 – $115,000 per year (plus bonus and benefits).
