ALL POSITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO DRUG TESTING AND BACKGROUND CHECKS.

The Stagehand provides manual labor in setting up and taking down equipment for theatrical shows, concerts and sports events at the Wicomico Civic Center and Wicomico County parks, under the supervision of the Stage Manager.

Qualifications

Must work multiple and rotating shifts, weekends, nights, and some holidays on an as-needed basis on short notice.

Must be capable of handling multiple tasks. Must be able to deal with multiple work styles of incoming show personnel, where courtesy and responsiveness make a difference in client satisfaction.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well with others.

Basic knowledge of carpentry or electricity is a plus.

Special Requirements

Experience with lighting, sound or video equipment preferred.
