Project Assistant

We are looking for a Project Assistant to support a contract event assignment in California. This position will help create an exceptional guest experience at an upscale food and beverage event by assisting with attendee entry, ticket validation, and on-site coordination. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented in presentation, and comfortable interacting with guests in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome attendees and provide courteous, attentive assistance as they arrive at the event venue.
• Verify admission by scanning tickets accurately and resolving minor entry issues in a timely manner.
• Support smooth guest flow at check-in and other assigned event areas throughout the shift.
• Communicate clearly with event staff to help maintain organized operations and meet scheduled timelines.
• Represent the event in an attentive manner while delivering excellent service in a high-end hospitality environment.
• Follow on-site direction regarding staff procedures, dress expectations, parking, and assigned work locations.
