Project Assistant

We are looking for a Project Assistant to support a contract event role in California. This position will help create a smooth and welcoming experience for guests attending an upscale food and beverage event by assisting with entry operations and attendee interaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while handling basic event support tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome attendees in a courteous and attentive manner and provide clear direction as they arrive at the event
• Verify admission by scanning tickets accurately and helping maintain an organized check-in flow
• Support on-site event operations to ensure guests move efficiently through entry and common areas
• Assist with timeline coordination and day-of logistical tasks to help the event run according to schedule
• Communicate promptly with event leads and team members regarding guest needs or operational issues
• Represent the event with excellent customer service suited to a premium hospitality setting
