Project Assistant
We are looking for a Project Assistant to support a contract event role in California. This position will help create a high-quality guest experience at an upscale food and beverage event by assisting with entry operations and attendee interaction. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented in presentation, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with guests.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome attendees warmly and provide clear direction as they arrive at the event venue.
- Verify admission by scanning tickets accurately and helping maintain an efficient check-in flow.
- Assist with on-site event coordination to support a smooth and organized guest experience.
- Communicate clearly with guests, staff, and event leads throughout the shift.
- Follow event attire and presentation standards to reflect the upscale nature of the occasion.
- Use basic office and event tools as needed to support scheduling, coordination, and operational tasks.
