Accounting Knowledge: A strong grasp of accounting principles, including journal entries, financial statement preparation, and bookkeeping.
Audit and Assurance: Understanding of audit procedures, risk assessment, internal control evaluation, and compliance requirements.
Taxation: Familiarity with income tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, along with the ability to prepare tax returns and manage tax-related documentation.
Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data, perform ratio analysis, and prepare management reports.
Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations (e.g., Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act) that impact financial reporting and compliance. Educational Background: Pursuing or completed CA Articleship under ICAI. Should have cleared at least one group of CA Intermediate examinations (or equivalent).1. Educational Background:
