** Job Description
*** Managing assigned accounts/relationships, ensuring all credit facilities are fully utilized.
* Monitoring the performance of each account, identifying areas where improvements can be made and implementing measures to enhance profitability.
* Cross selling other bank’s products such as investment banking, treasury and insurance.
* Growing existing customers’ relationship by providing them with quality banking services and attending to their needs promptly.
* Responding quickly to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
* Building strong relationships with key decision makers within each account to understand their needs and preferences.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies when managing accounts.
* Preparing regular reports to track progress and identify potential risks or opportunities.
* Keeping abreast of market developments and trends to better serve customers.

* Job Requirements:

*** Degree holder in Finance / Business Administration / Economics / Accountancy or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years working experience in banking, preferably in corporate or commercial banking.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long term relationships.
* Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
* Experience in dealing with senior management level executives.
* Confident, articulate and able to work under pressure.
* Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
* Good knowledge of financial markets and products.
* Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.##
