We are seeking an outgoing, relationship‑focused banker to join our team at the Del Mar Highlands branch. If you have a few years of experience in the financial industry and a passion for helping members achieve their financial goals, read on.

• Proactively and professionally greet and serve every member who enters the branch.
• Cross‑sell eligible services, track products or services referred or sold.
• Open new accounts, process and fund consumer loan applications, and manage real estate applications.
• Support daily branch operations: end‑of‑day balancing, scanning checks, dual control of vault cash and card supplies, totaling branch cash and checking, and safeguarding confidential information.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail financial institution or similar branch environment, including at least 12 months opening new accounts.
• Experience with consumer loan processing, accurate cash handling, and proactive sales.
• Ability to actively cross‑sell products and services.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of member information.

Base salary: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour plus incentives. Actual base pay will be determined by experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other lawful job‑related factors.
