Loan Processer

Location: City Of Industry

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Loan Processor to join a reputable banking institution in City of Industry, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in loan processing, banking operations, or financial services and be fluent in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese.

This individual will support the loan application process, review financial documentation, coordinate with loan officers and customers, and ensure accurate and timely processing of loan files in accordance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities Process and review consumer and/or commercial loan applications for accuracy and completeness.

Collect, verify, and organize financial documents, credit reports, income verification, and supporting loan documentation.

Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and banking teams to facilitate loan approvals and closings.

Communicate with English-, Mandarin-, or Cantonese-speaking clients regarding loan requirements, documentation, and application status.

Maintain accurate loan records and update information in the bank's loan processing system.

Ensure compliance with internal banking policies, lending regulations, and documentation requirements.

Identify missing information, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding loan conditions.

Assist with loan closing documentation, funding coordination, and post-closing activities.

Provide excellent customer service throughout the lending process.
