Emergency Telecommunicator Services is seeking 911 Emergency Dispatchers for Carmel By The Sea. You will answer emergency and nonemergency calls, confirm locations and details, assess priority, and relay information to responders according to agency procedures.
This role may involve overnight shifts, overtime, and rotating schedules; you will work with multiple systems, enter data into CAD, dispatch responders, monitor radio traffic, and maintain accurate records while protecting confidentiality.
