Occupational Therapist (OT) – Permanent Position | Willows, CA

Location: Willows, California
Position Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Inpatient Rehab

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team in Willows, CA
. The OT will provide comprehensive therapy services focused on restoring independence and improving patients’ ability to perform daily living and work-related activities.

• Evaluate and assess patients’ functional abilities and therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Provide direct therapy to enhance mobility, coordination, and daily living skills
• Supervise and guide Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other rehabilitation professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and state standards
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and quality protocols

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active California OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in skilled nursing, inpatient rehab, or geriatrics preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply

Schedule: Full-time, typically Monday–Friday (day shift)
