Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Inpatient Rehab
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team in Willows, CA
. The OT will provide comprehensive therapy services focused on restoring independence and improving patients’ ability to perform daily living and work‑related activities.

Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess patients’ functional abilities and therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Provide direct therapy to enhance mobility, coordination, and daily living skills
- Supervise and guide Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other rehabilitation professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and state standards
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and quality protocols
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
- Active California OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in skilled nursing, inpatient rehab, or geriatrics preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply
