Position Overview:
The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. This role focuses on helping individuals regain independence and improve communication and swallowing function.

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document services accurately and in compliance with facility and state/federal standards
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Maintain adherence to all infection control, safety, and ethical practice guidelines

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
• Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• CCC-SLP certification or CFY eligibility
• Excellent communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
