    conduct comprehensive OT evaluations; design and implement individualized treatment plans; prescribe accommodations and adaptive equipment; guide activities to improve self-care, mobility, cognition, and upper-extremity function; document progress and outcomes with accuracy; collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, social workers, and physicians; educate patients and families on home programs and safety strategies; participate in multidisciplinary case reviews; apply current evidence-based practices and maintain licensure competencies.
