Care Dx is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker & Patient Experience Analyst to support the implementation, stabilization, and ongoing optimization of Epic Beaker and related patient engagement tools, including Epic Care Link, MyChart, and Hello World, as part of our Epic Enterprise program. This role will focus on ensuring high‑quality laboratory operations, seamless data exchange, and exceptional patient and provider experiences well beyond the initial rollout phase.
Key Responsibilities- Lead configuration, testing, and validation of Epic Beaker for clinical pathology workflows.
- Partner with lab operations and IT teams to ensure accurate order/result integration and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Epic Care Link and MyChart teams to optimize external provider and patient access to results and communications.
- Support Hello World content design to streamline patient‑facing notifications and updates.
- Participate in interface testing and troubleshooting with external systems via Epic Aura, Redox, Salesforce, and Care Dx Care Portal integrations.
- Provide training and go‑live support for lab and patient engagement workflows.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Epic Beaker implementation or lab information systems.
- Epic Beaker certification (CP);
Prelude certification is a plus. - Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, orders/results interfaces, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with Epic Care Link, MyChart, or other patient engagement tools.
- Familiarity with transplant or reference lab environments.
- Experience coordinating with interoperability or integration teams.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Master’s degree with 6 years of related experience.
- Ph.D. with 3 years of related experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- If remote, up to 25% travel.
