Operating Room Assistant at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour, Variable shifts.

• Prepares operating room for surgery as directed, using appropriate techniques.
• Provides technical services and assists in procedures as directed.
• Transports patients and supplies.
• Participates in the daily activities of the department as an active team member.
• Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age-specific patient population and participates in related continuing education.

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
• Sufficient related experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
