Prosperous Medical serves as the integrated medical and clinical services division of Prosperous Health.

The Clinical Director provides overall clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision for all behavioral health treatment services within Prosperous Health. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based clinical care across outpatient, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) levels of care.

The Clinical Director works closely with executive leadership, Program Directors, and clinical staff to ensure clinical integrity, regulatory compliance, staff development, and optimal client outcomes. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and maintaining the organization’s clinical standards and treatment philosophy.

The ideal candidate is an experienced clinician and leader with strong supervisory skills, deep knowledge of behavioral health treatment, and a passion for improving client care systems.

• Provide clinical oversight for all treatment programs and services
• Ensure delivery of evidence-based, client-centered care across all levels of service
• Supervise and support clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and clinical supervisors
