• Prosperous Health Lake Hughes – 104-bed inpatient behavioral health & substance use disorder treatment campus
• Prosperous Health San Juan Capistrano – Outpatient behavioral health program
• Prosperous Health Rancho Palos Verdes – Outpatient behavioral health program
• Prosperous Health Woodland Hills – Outpatient behavioral health program
• Prosperous Health Virtual Care – Statewide telehealth behavioral health program

Prosperous Medical serves as the integrated medical and clinical services division of Prosperous Health.
Services include:

• Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
• Outpatient mental health services
• Integrated medical care
• Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
• Telepsychiatry services
• Outpatient clinical services
• Care coordination and continuity of care programs

Together, Prosperous Health and Prosperous Medical provide a fully integrated behavioral healthcare platform that supports patients across the continuum of care.

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support patients in our behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment programs. The BHT plays a key role in maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment while assisting clients in their daily routines and treatment participation.

• Supervise and support patients in daily activities and treatment programming
• Monitor patient behavior and maintain a safe environment
• Assist with patient engagement in group and individual activities
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients
• Observe and report behavioral changes to clinical staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and incidents
• Support admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
• Follow facility policies, safety protocols, and treatment guidelines
• Assist in crisis prevention and de-escalation as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a behavioral health setting
• Dependable and compassionate attitude

• Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or residential care
• Crisis prevention or de-escalation training
• Experience working with vulnerable populations

• $16 – $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
