Role Overview
The Caregiver provides hands-on support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key responsibilities. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills- High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Assist residents with personal care and daily routines
- Follow care plans and document changes
- Support safety and promote resident independence
- Engage residents in conversation and activities
- Support dining services and uphold cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with families and care teams
- Deliver enriching experiences in Memory Care settings
