Community Health Centers of the Central Coast, Inc. seeks a Health Educator to lead health communication and prevention education for patients and the community. The HE will guide learning experiences, promote wellness, and support self-management goals within CHC’s care teams.
Under supervision, the HE develops and delivers health education, coordinates with partners, and ensures HIPAA and confidentiality compliance while contributing to quality improvement efforts.
