Activities Assistant

As an Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of seniors in our assisted living and memory care communities. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead social, recreational, and educational activities, assess resident needs, and conduct visitations. • Lead social, recreational, and educational activities for residents, including group and individual activities, events, and outings
• Continuously assess resident needs and interests to develop and implement personalized activity plans
• Conduct visitations with residents to promote socialization, build relationships, and identify opportunities for engagement
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services and programs
• Maintain accurate records and reports of resident activities, participation, and outcomes

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• At least one year of experience leading social or recreational programs, with a proven record of dependability
• Memory Care experience is a plus
• Ability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts; flexibility to work other schedules as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Basic computer skills and ability to use technology to track resident activities and data

• $18 - $19 pay per hour
