• Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000+

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Clinic Lead to serve as the entry-level management role for staff clinicians within our clinics. The Clinic Lead plays a pivotal part in supporting the Clinic Director (CD) or Multisite Clinic Director (MSCD) by supervising clinic tasks and ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations. This individual is responsible for managing a variety of administrative duties and projects as assigned to them by their Clinic Director, all while maintaining a full clinical schedule.

The Clinic Lead is expected to reinforce the values and standards of our organization, support clinic goals, build strong relationships with referral sources, and contribute to the clinic’s marketing and strategic initiatives. Success in this role requires the blending of emerging leadership skills, operational acumen, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient and staff experiences. Through this role the Clinic Lead will be learning the leadership skills necessary to become a successful Clinic Director.
