As Assistant Event Manager, you will be the right hand of our Event Manager, shaping exclusive events – from elegant gala dinners to high-profile international business meetings.
Your Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination & Execution:
Oversee the entire planning process, create proposals, coordinate workflows, and ensure flawless on-site implementation. - Guest Relations & Service Excellence:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, managing every detail from initial inquiries to post-event follow-ups. - Administrative Expertise:
Prepare offers, confirmations, and invoices while handling event bookings and ensuring accurate execution. - Seamless Internal Coordination:
Ensure effective communication across departments to guarantee all relevant information is shared in a timely manner. - Quality Management & Innovation:
Continuously refine event operations, contribute creative ideas, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Proven Experience at the Highest Level: Several years of experience in event coordination within the 5-star hospitality industry or luxury gastronomy.
- Excellent Language
Skills:
Native or fluent German, very good English, additional languages are a plus. - Organizational Talent with an Eye for Detail: A structured approach, strong multitasking skills, and a hands-on mentality.
- Passion for Hospitality: A professional demeanor, outstanding communication skills, and a keen understanding of luxury clientele.
- Digital Savvy:
Proficient in event management systems, MS Office, and internal hotel software.
