• Responsible for the development and management of all Sales related elements for Mammoth Resorts and properties - leading team to grow sales of group lodging, banquets and catering, and activity sales through third parties.
• Actively works with the Marketing team, hospitality team, and resort management to exceed company sales goals and objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-7+ years of hospitality sales experience, preferably at a resort, hotel group, or destination property.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and leading successful sales teams.
• Experience in group business, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events), and leisure travel sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of ski industry or mountain resort operations.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and hotel PMS/Revenue tools.
