• Clean resort offices, clubhouses, public areas, and model rooms, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Prepare cabins and rental units for new guests.
• Maintain common areas and rental rooms to high standards.
• Track cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Resort Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist maintenance staff and other team members as required.
• Clean up after resort‑sponsored guest activities and functions.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, professional, and patient manner.
• Resolve guest‑related problems and address conflicts with a positive attitude.
• Drive a motorized vehicle to run errands and pick up supplies as needed.
• Work closely with management to maintain open communication and coordinate the resort team.
• Provide outstanding customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years of experience in a housekeeping role.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

The position begins mid‑April and ends mid‑September. RV site/accommodation available & included.

Estimated Compensation: $16.90 – $16.90 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision plans, a 401(k) employer match, paid vacations, holidays, and sick time.
