A little about this position:
  • Complete managerial responsibility for the administration and operation of hotel.
  • Coordinates daily operations of all hotel departments.
  • Oversees operation of the Village Neighborhood Company and two HOA's.
  • Interacts with corporate support departments.
  • Assists efforts of Sales and Marketing and responsible for maintaining product and service quality to ensure profitable operation and high guest and employee satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
  • Four-year college level education in management or hospitality management preferred.
  • 5 to 8 years' experience in various hospitality management positions.
  • Extensive experience in financial management and budgeting.
  • Extensive knowledge of management, operation, sales and marketing of hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines.
  • Ability to solve problems using common sense and hotel policy.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills. Professional demeanor, attitude and appearance.
  • HOA experience and knowledge

Pay: $ - $ per year
