Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to manage guest check-ins/check-outs and related charges. The role involves handling reservations, inquiries, and promoting hotel services to maximize revenue. You will need to respond promptly and courteously to guest needs, maintaining a professional image and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Who You Are
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of the local area
- Previous property management system experience is a plus
- Organizational skills and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift 20-50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and making reservations
- Processing deposits and cancellations
- Guest correspondence and complaint handling
- Generating reports
- Checking guests in and out
- Providing concierge services
- Relaying messages and greeting guests cheerfully
- Responding to emergency procedures
- Promoting hotel services
- Light cleaning and housekeeping duties as needed
