Human Resources Specialist – Full-Time (Dayshift) – From $22-$26 an hour

About

This Position

The Human Resources Specialist provides hands‑on support across core HR functions, including recruitment support, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. This role works closely with employees and managers to ensure consistent HR practices, compliance, and a positive workplace experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support core HR operations including compensation, benefits, leave administration, and employee records.
  • Assist recruitment, onboarding, and new employee orientation processes.
  • Coordinate training activities and support performance management cycles.
  • Provide day‑to‑day HR support to employees and managers on policies and HR programs.
  • Track basic HR metrics and support HR reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable employment laws.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR or related experience; distribution/operations environment preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, writing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze issues, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and working knowledge of employment laws.
