Low Band System Software

Overview

The Low Band System Software Journeyman supports and manages the Low Band System (LBS) software and related processes at Beale AFB (DGS-2). The role involves maintaining software that integrates with multiple sensors, sites, and systems, providing technical and engineering support, and performing system administration for CICS and LBS software components.

• Maintain and manage LBS software and related processes
• Provide technical and engineering support across sites and systems
• Perform system administration for CICS and LBS components

• Clearance: TS/SCI
• Certifications:
  
  DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II or IAM Level I;
  DoD 8570.1 IASAE Level I
• Education/
  
  Experience:
  
  Associate’s degree in a technical field or 5+ years of DCGS experience
• Experience:
  
  3+ years in Cyber Security Engineering; 1+ year in COMINT (Communications Intelligence)
