Technology Consulting – Sector Tech – Digital Grid - ManagerAs a performance improvement professional, you’ll be focused on helping our Power & Utilities clients implement Digital Grid Programs, capabilities and systems (AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS) to increase value and efficiency. You will lead and manage the delivery of cutting‑edge technology transformation projects and programs, aligning these initiatives with organizational strategy to achieve desired outcomes. You will coach teams on Agile and waterfall, propose solutions to technical constraints, and manage timelines, costs, and quality.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and/or projects, focusing on quality and risk management.
- Continuous process improvement and innovative solution identification through research, analysis, and best practices.
- Manage professional employees or supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives, accountable for performance and results.
- Interpret internal/external issues to recommend quality solutions.
- Meet performance objectives and metrics: client service, quality & risk management, sales & business growth, solution development, and teaming.
- Travel may be required regularly as needed by external clients.
- Functional and technical experience and insights.
- Strategic and tactical insights, responsiveness to clients.
- Quality assurance leadership for team deliverables.
- Lead workstream delivery, track progress and status.

- Bachelor’s degree (4‑year).
- 4–6 years relevant experience.
- Proven business/technical experience in digital grid focus areas (AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS, Network Modeling).

What We Offer You- A comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary range for this role in the US: $142,600–$261,500 (adjusted for location).
