Location: Lundy
Overview
The largest telecommunications company in Japan and one of the largest worldwide. Front Tier Helpdesk role for NTTCom's service, based in Sterling, VA or San Jose, CA.
Responsibilities- Front Tier Customer Support resolving basic to intermediate technical issues for customers primarily in Japan and US-based customers using NTTCom's service.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Japanese, including appropriate use of keigo.
- Problem solving skills including logical analysis and technical troubleshooting.
- Customer-focused, team-oriented, highly self-motivated and willing to grow.
Also, this position is needed for either Sterling, VA or Lundy, CA. Sterling VA shift 6pm–6am / Lundy CA 3pm–3am.
Long term contract.
