Go-To-Market Lead; Quantum Computing

Quantum Elements is building foundational software for next-generation quantum computing systems. Our work sits at the intersection of quantum hardware, advanced simulation, and error correction, enabling teams to move from exploratory experimentation to scalable engineering.

We partner closely with leading players across the quantum ecosystem and are bringing new capabilities to market that address core bottlenecks in the path to fault‑tolerant quantum computing.

We are looking for a Go‑To‑Market Lead to help build and scale our commercial presence as we introduce new products to the quantum computing community.

This is a hybrid builder‑leader role for someone who wants to:

• Work closely with founders in a young company
• Engage deeply with technical customers
• Grow into a senior commercial leadership position over time

You will be responsible for shaping early customer relationships, driving initial revenue, and laying the groundwork for a scalable go‑to‑market function.

• Own early customer engagement across industry and research organizations
• Develop and execute initial go‑to‑market strategies
• Lead discovery conversations and manage early sales cycles
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value
• Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to inform positioning
• Help define pricing, packaging, and customer success motions
• Contribute to the hiring and growth of future commercial team members

Required

• 3–7 years of experience in technical sales, go‑to‑market, or commercial roles in deep‑tech, developer tools, or advanced software
• Comfortable engaging with highly technical audiences (engineers, researchers, PhDs)
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas clearly
• High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship

• Exposure to quantum computing, advanced physics, AI, or high‑performance computing
• Experience selling to R&D teams or research‑driven organizations
• Startup experience, especially in early‑stage environments
