• Analyze information security practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines
• Identify, investigate, and resolve security breaches detected by security solutions
• Participate in the development and maintenance of information security policies and procedures
• Conduct staff training on information security and breach prevention
• Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to align security measures with organizational goals

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of eight years of professional-level information technology experience, including at least three years in information security functions within a healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
• Proficiency in monitoring and responding to security incidents using SIEM tools
• Ability to develop training materials and conduct effective staff training

• CISSP or CISM certification
• Experience with network penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
• Familiarity with cloud security and identity access management
• Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of emerging cyber threats and best practices
