• Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) System Administration & Support
  * Serve as the EPMO subject matter expert and system administrator for the Service Now SPM module, supporting enterprise portfolio planning, execution, and delivery.
  * Administer and enhance SPM modules, support testing of SPM features, functionality, and enhancements in support of the department.
  * Lead or participate in system upgrade and integration projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and minimal disruption to ongoing portfolio management activities. Test and implement updates, releases, and new capabilities to align with EPMO framework and governance evolution.
  * Monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and coordinate with IT Service Now support teams to resolve technical challenges or outages.
  * Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for Service Now SPM processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and consistency across EPMO teams.
  * Ensure data integrity, identifying and resolving gaps in records, governance compliance, and optimal usage of SPM capabilities to advance EPMO maturity and value delivery.
  * Manage and maintain dashboards, work spaces, and views that drive portfolio and delivery visibility.
  * Configure and maintain interactive dashboard reporting capabilities in SPM to deliver real‑time insights to project professionals, leadership, and stakeholders.
  * Train and support EPMO professionals in the use of SPM tools, dashboards, and reports to increase adoption and capability maturity.
  * Drive continuous improvement of dashboard analytics, integrating multiple data sources and visualizing trends to support executive reporting and portfolio governance.
  * Facilitate user feedback sessions to gather enhancement requests and pain points, translating business needs into system improvements or customizations.
  * Maintain user access controls and permissions within the SPM module, ensuring appropriate security and compliance with organizational policies.
  * Conduct periodic audits of SPM data and workflows to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to governance standards.
  * Champion adoption of SPM best practices by organizing workshops, webinars, or knowledge‑sharing sessions for EPMO and business stakeholders.
  * Stay current with Service Now SPM product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies, recommending opportunities for innovation and process optimization within the EPMO.
• Reporting, Analytics, & Data Visualization
  * Advance Data Integrity and Performance Measurement by overseeing the validation and reconciliation of project and portfolio data within Service Now SPM, proactively identifying discrepancies, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain data quality standards.
