Senior DevOps Engineer

Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior Dev Ops Engineer to join their established IT operations team based in Welkom . This role is critical in bridging the gap between software development and IT operations, ensuring efficient, reliable, and scalable deployment pipelines and infrastructure management. You will be responsible for automating and streamlining our development and deployment processes, fostering a culture of collaboration, and implementing best practices in CI/CD.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving the operational health of our client's software systems.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable CI/CD pipelines for various applications.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to optimize the software delivery lifecycle.
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS or Azure, focusing on security and cost-efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops or a similar role, with a strong understanding of system administration.
• Proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience scripting with languages such as Python, Bash, or Power Shell.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
