Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

Accurately enter and manage data within the company ERP system .

Improve and maintain sales efficiency across sales operations .

Provide daily analytical and operational support to assist the sales team in strategic decision-making .

Utilize Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools to perform extensive data analysis .

Monitor system rules and data flow to ensure overall data integrity .

Analyze and respond to inquiries from members of the sales team in a timely manner .

Education &

Work Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field preferred .

Experience: Experienced candidates preferred (1+ years in sales operations, sales strategy, or data analysis) , but recent graduates (0-2 years of experience) and candidates with OPT status are welcome to apply .

Experience in the women's apparel wholesale clothing industry is a plus .

Technical

Skills:

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, nested formulas, pivot tables, macros, and charts) .

Comfort working with large, complex datasets .

Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus .

Soft Skills & Preferred Language:

Strong analytical ability to draw actionable insights from data .

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently .

Preferred: Bilingual in Korean and English .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:$65,000 and above / year (commensurate with experience)
