• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area storage and work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Deliver product by car and then to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers, door‑hangers, or other marketing materials.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination between wrist and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately perform precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• Exposure to fumes from food odors, commercial dust, cramped quarters.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

• Standing:
  Most tasks performed from a standing position; walking surfaces include ceramic tile.
• Walking:
  Short distances for short durations.
• Sitting:
  Paperwork normally completed in an office at a desk or table.
• Lifting:
  Bulk product deliveries up to 60 pounds; cases lifted from floor and stacked to shelves up to 72".
• Carrying:
  Large cans, pizza sauce, trays of dough.
• Pushing/Pulling:
  Trays on dollies requiring 7.5 lbs to push.
• Climbing:
  Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladder.
• Stoop/Bending:
  Forward bending at waist required at pizza assembly station.
• Crouching/Squatting:
  Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching:
  Continuously up, down, forward; reaching above 72" occasionally.
• Hand Tasks:
  Eye‑hand coordination essential; use of hands continuous; frequent activities require use of both hands.

Team members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.

• Valid Driver License with safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
• Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, etc.
• Carry pizzas, sides, beverages while walking, climbing; deliver company products within designated area.
