Road Safety Inc. is hiring experienced Traffic Control Journeymen for lead roles on job sites throughout Northern California. We're looking for reliable, safety-focused professionals with strong field experience who are ready to step into leadership positions and manage day-to-day traffic control operations.

Responsibilities- Lead roles on job sites and manage day-to-day traffic control operations throughout Northern California.
- Lead crews and support safe, efficient work zones.
- Manage crews, equipment, and site safety in the field.
- Must have prior traffic control experience
- Current union journeyman status or willingness to obtain dispatch
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage crews, equipment, and site safety in the field
