Overview
dnata Catering seeks a Facilities and Fleet Manager to oversee operations across our Brisbane, CA team supporting the SFO international airport. The role ensures smooth functioning of facilities (kitchens, storage, admin spaces) and optimizes a fleet of trucks and vans for timely delivery of catering services.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee tendering and procurement for new construction and refurbishment projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to meet branding and design standards.
- Maintain financial controls, budgets, and schedules for facility and construction projects.
- Direct plant maintenance, safety, and quality initiatives to meet production requirements.
- Ensure fleet compliance, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle management.
- Lead emergency response and corrective actions for plant and fleet operations.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and cost‑effective maintenance solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or fleet management.
- Trade qualifications in building maintenance (desired).
- Knowledge of national vehicle regulations and lean improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
- Salary Range: $69,000–$105,000 per year, weekly pay.
