Overview
Apartment Resident Manager for an apartment complex in Cameron Park, CA.

We care about our communities and seek to make them better. We diligently work to do well, but when mistakes happen we make them right. Right now, we are seeking someone to serve as our next Apartment Resident Manager.
Prior property management experience is a plus. Candidate must have good communication skills and be comfortable meeting prospective tenants, showing space, assessing needs, and communicating with supervisor. Excellent time management and computer knowledge are required.
Responsibilities- Meet with prospective tenants and show available space.
- Assess tenant needs and communicate with supervisor.
- Coordinate daily activities to manage the property effectively.
- Valid California driver's license
- Computer knowledge and competency
- Must be able to understand and communicate well in English
- Written and oral communication skills
- Good with people
- Self-motivated, but excellent team player
- Ability to perform functions in a timely manner
- Organized
- Problem solving skills
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to move about property with ease.
Discounted apartment rent as compensation for 56 hours of work per month.
