Prior property management experience is a plus. Candidate must have good communication skills and be comfortable meeting prospective tenants, showing space, assessing needs, and communicating with supervisor. Excellent time management and computer knowledge are required.

• Meet with prospective tenants and show available space.
• Assess tenant needs and communicate with supervisor.
• Coordinate daily activities to manage the property effectively.

• Valid California driver's license
• Computer knowledge and competency
• Must be able to understand and communicate well in English

• Written and oral communication skills
• Good with people
• Self-motivated, but excellent team player
• Ability to perform functions in a timely manner
• Organized
• Problem solving skills

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to move about property with ease.

Discounted apartment rent as compensation for 56 hours of work per month.
