Novares US LLC – Felton Plants Manufacturing Department – Maintenance Technician

Novares US LLC – Felton Plants is looking for its Manufacturing Department’s future Maintenance Technician (M/F), located in FELTON FE‑PL.

• Participate in the organization and planning of preventive and corrective maintenance and in the preparation of a preventive intervention plan to ensure proper machine functioning during production.
• Carry out maintenance work on production equipment according to the schedule – preventive work following safety instructions and corrective work adapting to unforeseen circumstances; record operations in computerized documents and forward information to the Maintenance Manager; check conformity with trade standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the work area and of the equipment; receive and store machinery if necessary and clean the workstation.
• Check the proper functioning of production equipment – analyze and solve technical malfunctions affecting part quality; participate in diagnosing anomalies, breakdowns, and failures.

• Organize, plan, and carry out preventive and curative maintenance at levels 2 and 3, and adjust/up‑grade equipment programming; coordinate interventions according to production priorities.
• Ensure the reception and qualification of production equipment in compliance with specifications, safety rules, and environmental requirements; intervene to prevent accidents and educate users on safety procedures.
• Ensure that preventive maintenance constraints are considered for new equipment installations.
• Provide expertise in a specialty and manage the specialty store.

• Lead maintenance agents in the specialty, coordinate missions, and audit maintenance operations from N1 to N4.
• Participate in TPM and guarantee feedback; conduct periodic diagnostic checks (presses, robots); follow up and launch corrective actions after diagnostic controls.
• Participate in internal improvement projects within the maintenance department.

Plan, organize and perform the preventive and curative maintenance of buildings and production equipment and help improve existing means.

• Strong working knowledge of industrial technology.
• Thorough understanding of company product, trade terminology, maintenance and repair operations, manufacturing processes and machine/equipment operation.
• Ability to diagnose problems to determine root cause and implement effective countermeasures.
