Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Specialist
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all garments produced meet the company's quality standards and customer requirements. This role involves monitoring the production process In-Line and at Final, inspecting finished garments, and identifying any defects or issues that may arise.

• Conducting visual inspections of garments at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Reviewing and analyzing production reports to identify recurring quality issues and develop solutions to improve quality.
• Communicating with production staff to ensure that quality standards are understood and followed.
• Identifying and reporting any quality issues or defects and working with the production team to resolve them.
• Working with the team to maintain accurate records of production and quality control activities.
• Understanding garment construction, fabrics, patterns, s/o processes, i.e., garment dye, screen print, shirring, etc.
• Reading specs and measuring garments.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control in a garment factory setting.
• Understanding garment construction, fabrics, patterns, s/o processes, i.e., garment dye, screen print, shirring, etc.
• Strong visual inspection, attention to detail and ability to identify defects or quality issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• English/Spanish speaking is helpful.
• Travelling to multiple factory locations is required, must have a valid driver's license and dependable vehicle with insurance.
